Content Policy

These rules apply to carrier reports, broker replies and the carrier community.

• Post facts from your own loads: dates, amounts, what was agreed, what was paid. Reports with a rate con or invoice attached are labeled "Load documented".
• Carrier reports are reviewed by a moderator before they're posted. One report per carrier per load #. You can edit or withdraw your own report.
• No labels or name-calling such as "scam", "fraud" or "thief" — describe what happened. Posts with those words are blocked.
• No personal information: no phone numbers, emails, home addresses or SSNs of anyone.
• No threats or harassment. No posting other people's documents.
• Uploaded rate cons and invoices are private and only seen by RatedPaid moderators.
• Brokers can reply once to each report; the reply is shown under it. Disputed content is reviewed and may be removed.
• In the community, you show as your company name or a handle you choose, never your email. Use "Report post" to flag anything that breaks these rules. Moderators can hide or delete posts, lock threads and stop accounts from posting.
