How RatedPaid carrier reports work

RatedPaid is carrier-only. Only carriers with an active MC or USDOT can sign up and file reports.

• One report per load: load number, dates, invoice amount, outcome (paid on time, paid late, short paid, not paid) and any accessorials.
• Documents: carriers can attach the rate con, POD or invoice. Reports with a document show "Load documented". Documents are never shown publicly.
• Moderation: every report is reviewed before it appears. We remove insults and personal information; reports state facts, not labels.
• Brokers can reply and dispute reports. See Trust & Safety for the process and timelines.
• Public vs signed-in: public broker pages show FMCSA facts and the number of carrier reports. Report details, days to pay and unpaid charges are for signed-in carriers.

The FMCSA score summarizes public FMCSA records only. It is not a credit score.
