Trust & Safety

How carrier reports are reviewed, what we allow, and how brokers can reply, dispute or ask for removal.

Who can report

Only carriers with an active MC or USDOT number can sign up and file reports. Brokers can't create accounts. One report per carrier per load.

How reports are reviewed

Language rules

Reports must describe facts: dates, amounts, what was agreed and what was paid. We reject labels and accusations such as "scam", "fraud", "thief" or "crook", insults, threats, and personal information about individuals (personal phone numbers, home addresses, and so on).

AI pre-screen is advisory only

We may use an automated AI check to flag possible problems such as inconsistent dates, duplicates or banned language. It only makes suggestions to moderators. It never publishes, rejects or removes anything; a person makes every decision. Carrier identities and uploaded documents are not sent to the AI service.

Broker replies

A broker can reply to a report. The reply is shown under the report. To reply, use the dispute form below and choose the reason that fits; include the text you'd like published.

Dispute process and timeline

  1. Submit a dispute with the form below. Include the report number (shown on each report) and any documentation, such as proof of payment.
  2. Review within 5 business days. A moderator reviews every dispute within 5 business days of receipt.
  3. Hidden during review: if you provide documentation showing the load was paid, the report is hidden while we review it.
  4. Decision: if the dispute is accepted, the report is removed or corrected. If it's declined, the report stays (or is restored) and your reply can be published with it. The carrier may be asked for more documentation.

Requesting removal

We remove reports that are inaccurate, about the wrong company or load, duplicated, abusive, or that contain personal information. We don't remove accurate reports just because they are negative. Use the form below and choose the matching reason.

Fraud and impersonation reports

Carriers can report double brokering, impersonation and fake load posts. These are moderated the same way and shown as reports from carriers, not findings. Impersonation reports note that the real broker may be the victim. Brokers can dispute them with the same form.

Public records

FMCSA data is shown as published by FMCSA, updated nightly. Court cases are shown only when they are about freight payment or a carrier dispute and are confirmed to be about this exact legal entity. A lawsuit is an allegation, not a finding.
